BABY LOCK SECRETS OF THE ELLISIMO SWEEPSTAKES

No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Sponsor: This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Tacony Corporation, through its Baby Lock division (hereinafter "Baby Lock").

PRIZES:

1. ONE — GRAND PLACE PRIZE WINNER: Wins (1) one Baby Lock Ellisimo Sewing and Embroidery Machine valued at $7,999 MSRP.
2. NINE — SECOND PLACE PRIZE WINNERS: Win (1) one of the following prizes valued at $100 or less: Baby Lock or Amazing Designs embroidery design collection; sewing notions product; or gift certificate for bouquet of flowers.

TO ENTER:

1.       Sweepstakes begins on June 15, 2008 and ends August 16, 2008.

2.       Visit the Baby Lock site and register for the Ellisimo sweepstakes at www.babylock.com/rose.  Each time a participant logs-onto the web site, it will constitute one entry. Maximum of one online entry per 24 hour period.  You can also register by sending your name, address, phone number and email to Baby Lock "Secrets of the Ellisimo Sweepstakes" at PO Box 730, Fenton, MO 63026. 

FOR GRAND PRIZE DRAWING:

1. All entries will be collected and selected for the grand prize drawing on or around 8/18/08. The winner will be notified by email or phone and will need to sign a release waiver. The waiver is a declaration of eligibility and liability release, and, where legal, a publicity release, and any applicable forms required by tax authorities and/or prize suppliers and other documents (collectively, the "Prize Claim Documents") that must be submitted to Baby Lock by the date specified.
2. Sponsor is not responsible if a potential online prize winner does not receive his or her redemption instructions or corresponding prize because an erroneous, fraudulent or bogus e-mail address was provided at the time of registration or if the e-mail it sends to a potential online prize winner is intercepted by SPAM or other e-mail filters, is misdirected or not received for any reason. The deadline for receiving completed prize claims is 5 days after the drawing. Otherwise, the winner forfeits the prize and another winner will be randomly selected.
3. The Ellisimo machine may not be delivered for 4 – 12 weeks after announcement.

FOR WEEKLY SECOND PLACE DRAWINGS:

1. EACH WEEK, a name will be randomly selected for a second place prize. Winners will be notified by email or phone and their name will be posted on the site www.babylock.com/rose on Mondays around 2pm CST. Prizes awarded will be mailed to the winners’ addresses from their registration form.

RANDOM DRAWING:

Not responsible for entries delayed due to network or other technical difficulties, not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected entries not received in time for sweepstakes ending. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries.

GENERAL RULES:

No purchase is necessary to participate in this promotion. A purchase will not improve an individual's chance of winning. Open to legal U.S. residents who are 21 years of age or older, EXCEPT employees of Tacony, participating retailers and their respective affiliates. Void in Puerto Rico, Canada and void where prohibited by law. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Return of prize, return of email notifications as undeliverable, or noncompliance with these rules will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected by a random drawing. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor to use winner's name, hometown, statements regarding this sweepstakes, voice and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising, public relations and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold Sponsor, its directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winners understand that Sponsor is not liable for injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in this promotion and acceptance, possession and use of prizes.
